An individual or business that promotes events listed on Ticketlify and earns a percentage of sales based on the terms agreed upon with the organiser.
Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing any part of the Ticketlify platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Account Creation and Responsibilities

Account Creation:
Users, Organizers, and Promoters must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account login details and for all actions or activities that occur under their account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Ticketlify immediately.

Organiser Responsibilities:
Organizers must provide accurate and detailed information about their events, including the event location, time, date, and any other pertinent details. Organizers are solely responsible for delivering the events as advertised and for handling any post-purchase issues with ticket buyers.

Promoter Responsibilities:
Promoters must adhere to the terms agreed upon with the organiser when promoting events. Promoters are paid a certain percentage of ticket sales within 72 hours after the event’s conclusion, as long as the terms of promotion have been met.
Ticket Purchases

Finality of Sales:
All ticket purchases through Ticketlify are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded unless otherwise specified by the event organiser.

Organiser’s Refund Policy:
Refund policies are established by the event organiser and may vary by event. It is the user’s responsibility to review the organiser’s refund policy before making a purchase. Ticketlify is not responsible for refunding tickets, and any disputes regarding refunds should be directed to the organiser.

Event Changes:
In case of event cancellations, postponements, or other significant changes, the event organiser is responsible for communicating with ticket holders. Ticketlify is not liable for any event modifications or losses incurred.
Event Listings and Accuracy

Organiser’s Responsibility:
The event organiser is responsible for ensuring that all event information, including the date, time, venue, pricing, and any promotions, is accurate and complete. Ticketlify is not responsible for any inaccuracies in event listings or details provided by the organiser.

User Due Diligence:
Users are encouraged to verify event details, such as location and time, before purchasing tickets. Ticketlify is not liable for misrepresented events or inaccurate information provided by organizers.

Promoter Accountability:
Promoters must ensure that any information they share about the events they are promoting is accurate and aligns with the organiser’s details. Any breach in promotion agreements may result in the withholding of commissions.
Prohibited Activities

Use the platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, ticket scalping, or promoting counterfeit tickets.

Misrepresent events or tickets.

Infringe on any intellectual property rights of Ticketlify or other parties.

Engage in activities that compromise the security, availability, or operation of the platform.
Intellectual Property

Platform Content:
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and features on the Ticketlify platform are the intellectual property of Ticketlify or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content:
By submitting content, such as event listings, promotions, reviews, or feedback, users grant Ticketlify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content in connection with the platform.
Promoter Compensation

Secure Transactions:
All payments made through Ticketlify are processed via secure third-party payment providers. By using the platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. Ticketlify does not store any payment details.

Fees:
Organizers and promoters may be subject to service fees for listing events, promoting events, and selling tickets on Ticketlify. All fees will be clearly communicated before any transactions are completed.
Payment Processing

Payment Terms:
Promoters will receive a specified percentage of ticket sales generated through their promotions. Payment will be made within 72 hours after the event has concluded, provided the terms of the promotion agreement have been met.

Disputes:
In case of any disputes regarding the payment or terms of promotion, the issue must be addressed between the organiser and the promoter. Ticketlify is not responsible for disputes arising from promotion agreements.
Platform Usage
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent ticket transactions, event misrepresentation, or violating intellectual property rights.
Ticketlify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Ticketlify is not responsible for the accuracy of event details provided by organizers. Users are encouraged to review event listings before purchasing tickets.
To the extent permitted by law, Ticketlify is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses.
Privacy and Data Protection
By using Ticketlify, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use and share your personal data.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Ticketlify may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
